Taking place in Johannesburg on 25 March at Mushroom Park in Sandton, Sounds Wild provides the ultimate experience in music with Los Angeles-based British musician, producer and DJ Bonobo; alongside South African Grammy Award winning DJ – Zakes Bantwini.
Globally loved for his lo-fi and trip hop music, Bonobo returns to South Africa after a successful show in February 2019, for another legendary DJ set at the trendsetting Sounds Wild festival.
Celebrating dance music in true African fashion and joining the award-winning DJ at Sounds Wild is South African entertainer Zakes Bantwini, who recently won a Grammy Award for Bayethe, a collaboration with Nomcebo Zikode and Wouter Kellerman.
Amplifying song, drums, dance, afro-tech and the origin of Amapiano music – Sounds Wild is sure to be an explosive experience with a vibrant line up including Sun-El Musician, DJ Buhle and Karyenda Soul; all showcasing South African dance genres with stellar on deck performances.
