Over The Rainbow and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) have collaborated to offer 25 women owned businesses a month of free mentorship (four sessions) with some of SA’s top businesswomen.
For the month of August, each participating female EO member will partner with a small business offering valuable business coaching on everything from marketing to sales, finance, leadership, business strategy, legal considerations and so much more.
‘We want to see more women owned businesses not just growing but thriving within the formal sector of the South African economy’, comments Lesley Waterkeyn, EO member, founder and director of Over The Rainbow. ‘We’re offering women who don’t have the resources to tap into our member network so that we can assist with the coaching that they may need to move them forward.’
There are only six days to apply, as pairing will commence on Monday, 2 August 2021.

The criteria is simple, your company needs to have been operating for a year and must be owned by a woman entrepreneur.
