Do you believe the game is a teacher?

Yes, the game is indeed a teacher because all the time we discover new things. We learn along the game, which also allows us to see our mistakes and ideas on how to tackle the game. The game always change at all time, and helps us to observe everything during the game.

What is the most important strategy in Coaching?

I believe that communication is our network and the manner of approach, the way we present ourselves to the players reflect on their performance because coaching is a relationship between us as coaches and players. This is why in our relationships, communication is key because coaching is not only about instructing but it also needs the powers of communication.

As we embrace ourselves for more achievements, Sekhukhune United, a team that was promoted from the National First Division, that is officially known as the GladAfrica Championship into the Premier Soccer League, Thabo Senong takes over from Selaotse Mosala, and with Senong’s ability the Babina Noka has gained a strong technical team.
